1. General Provisions and Legal Relationship

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the st24.uz website, the ST24 mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is owned and operated by ST24 LLC (“Company”, “ST24”). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and the Company.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.

ST24 reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the website and/or in the application.

ST24 is not a lessor, transport company, or construction company. All rental services are provided by independent contractors (“Partners”), who bear full responsibility for the condition, safety, and operation of the equipment.

2. Services Provided

The Service is an IT platform that:

allows Customers to submit requests for special equipment rental;
enables Partners to publish equipment listings, prices, and rental conditions;
facilitates search, matching, and initial communication between parties.

ST24 does not guarantee the availability, specifications, or pricing of any equipment. All information is provided by Partners “as is”.

ST24 may restrict or suspend access to the Service in case of Terms violation or legal requirements.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, Users must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. All actions performed through the account are deemed performed by the User.

ST24 may request identity verification, including company documents or operator credentials.

One User may maintain only one account unless otherwise agreed in writing with ST24.

4. Use of the Service

The Service may be used only for lawful purposes.

posting false or misleading information;
distributing malware or harmful software;
attempting unauthorized access to ST24 systems;
using the Service for purposes unrelated to equipment rental.

ST24 reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Rental Services and Payments

Rental agreements are concluded directly between Customers and Partners. ST24 is not a party to such agreements.

Rental prices, delivery terms, operator services, insurance, deposits, and penalties are determined solely by Partners.

In certain cases, cashless payments may be processed through the Service. In such cases, ST24 acts as a payment agent and transfers funds to the Partner.

ST24 is not responsible for failures of payment systems or banking institutions.

6. Order Cancellation and Penalties

If a Customer cancels a confirmed order, the Partner may charge a cancellation penalty.

Penalty amounts and conditions are defined by the Partner and may vary.

If cancellation occurs due to equipment malfunction or Partner breach, the Customer may request a refund directly from the Partner.

7. Reviews and Feedback

Users may leave reviews regarding equipment quality and Partner performance.

ST24 may moderate or remove reviews containing offensive language, discrimination, or illegal content.

Reviews and ratings may be used for analytical and marketing purposes.

8. Personal Data and Confidentiality

By using the Service, Users consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Data may be shared with Partners strictly for order fulfillment purposes.

While ST24 applies security measures, absolute data transmission security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, text, trademarks, and logos belong to ST24 or are licensed to it.

Users may not copy, distribute, or modify Service elements without written consent from ST24.

10. Limitation of Liability

ST24 is not liable for equipment failures, rental delays, or damage caused during equipment use.

The Company provides an IT platform only and does not guarantee successful transaction completion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ST24 disclaims all indirect or consequential liability.

11. Service Availability

Internet access and compatible devices are required. Users bear all connectivity costs.

ST24 does not guarantee uninterrupted Service availability and may suspend access for maintenance.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

All disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Parties agree to attempt pre-trial dispute resolution before litigation.

13. Final Provisions

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

Notifications may be sent via website, application, SMS, email, or push notifications.

These Terms are effective indefinitely until amended or withdrawn.
