This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the collection, storage, use, and protection of personal data of users of the st24.uz service and the ST24 mobile application (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is owned and operated by ST24 LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Service, you confirm your consent to this Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
2. Personal Data We Process
The Company may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- Identification data: full name, company name, job title, and legal entity details;
- Contact data: phone number, email address, physical location;
- Account data: login credentials, password (hashed), activity history;
- Payment data: partially masked card details for cashless payments;
- Technical data: IP address, device type, cookies, application logs;
- Order data: rental history, correspondence with Partners, reviews.
We do not collect special categories of personal data, including biometric data, political opinions, religious beliefs, or health information.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- creating and managing user accounts;
- providing access to special equipment rental services;
- processing orders, requests, and payments;
- communicating with users (notifications, reminders, confirmations);
- improving the Service and developing new features;
- sending marketing communications with user consent;
- complying with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Company may share personal data only when necessary for Service operation or as required by law:
- Partners: equipment lessors, solely to fulfill rental orders;
- Payment providers and banks: to process financial transactions;
- Government authorities: upon lawful request;
- ST24 contractors: hosting, technical support, analytics, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to achieve processing purposes or as required by applicable law. After this period, data is deleted or anonymized.

- obtain information about their personal data;
- request correction or updating of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”) where legally permissible;
- restrict data processing in cases provided by law;

By downloading the ST24 application from the App Store or Google Play, users also agree to the terms and policies of the respective platforms.
Apple and Google are not parties to the agreement between you and ST24 and bear no responsibility for the application’s operation.

The Company may periodically update this Policy. The current version is always available on st24.uz and in the mobile application.
Material changes will be communicated via the application interface or other means.
