Platform Rules

These rules apply to all ST24 users — Customers and Contractors alike.

1. General Principles

ST24 is a digital platform built on trust, transparency, and professionalism. Every participant — whether a Customer renting equipment or a Contractor providing it — contributes to the quality and reliability of the marketplace.

These Rules define the standards of conduct expected from all Platform users. Violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent account suspension depending on severity.

ST24 reserves the right to update these Rules. Material changes are communicated via the Platform at least 7 days in advance.

2. Registration and Identity

  • One person or legal entity may hold only one account per role (Customer / Contractor).
  • All registration information must be accurate, current, and verifiable.
  • Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login access is prohibited.
  • Users must promptly update their profile if details change (phone number, company name, equipment).
  • Impersonating another person, company, or official authority is strictly prohibited.

3. Rules for Customers

When placing a request:

  • Specify accurate equipment parameters: type, required capacity, work location, and schedule.
  • Do not submit duplicate or test requests that are not genuine orders.
  • Provide a real contact phone number — Contractors need to reach you to confirm details.

When working with a Contractor:

  • Ensure the worksite is prepared and accessible at the agreed time.
  • Do not demand services outside the agreed scope without negotiating terms first.
  • Document the start and completion of work through the application.
  • Leave an honest review based on actual experience — it helps the entire community.

Cancellations:

  • Cancel orders as early as possible if plans change — late cancellations cause direct losses for Contractors.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in account restrictions.

4. Rules for Contractors

Equipment registration:

  • Register only equipment you own or have the legal right to operate commercially.
  • Provide accurate technical specifications: model, year, capacity, and working condition.
  • Keep equipment photos up to date — use real images, not stock photos.
  • Ensure all required technical certifications and permits are valid before accepting orders.

Order fulfillment:

  • Respond to order requests within the time stated in your profile.
  • Arrive on time. Notify the Customer immediately if delays are unavoidable.
  • Send only technically sound equipment with qualified operators where required.
  • Do not substitute agreed equipment with alternatives without Customer consent.

Pricing and terms:

  • Published prices must reflect actual rates — hidden fees not disclosed in advance are not permitted.
  • Any changes to pricing or conditions must be communicated before order acceptance.

5. Communication Standards

  • All business communication related to orders should be conducted through the Platform to ensure documentation and dispute resolution support.
  • Use respectful, professional language in all interactions.
  • Harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive language toward any Platform participant is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not share personal contact information in public review sections.

6. Reviews and Ratings

  • Reviews may only be submitted for orders you have personally participated in.
  • Reviews must be factual, specific, and based on direct experience.
  • Posting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews is prohibited.
  • Attempting to manipulate ratings — including self-reviews or coordinated fake reviews — results in immediate account suspension.
  • ST24 moderates reviews for compliance with these Rules but does not edit their factual content.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

  • Bypassing the Platform to complete transactions with counterparties found through ST24 (circumvention);
  • Creating fake accounts or using the Platform to collect competitor intelligence;
  • Scraping, copying, or reproducing Platform content without written permission;
  • Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt Platform systems;
  • Using the Platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud;
  • Registering equipment with fabricated specifications or using stolen or encumbered assets;
  • Offering or accepting bribes, kickbacks, or off-platform payments intended to circumvent the review system.

8. Safety and Compliance

  • All equipment operation must comply with the technical safety regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • Contractors are solely responsible for operator qualifications, equipment certifications, and worksite safety measures.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the worksite meets safety requirements for the equipment being used.
  • Any accidents or incidents during order execution must be reported to the Platform within 24 hours.

9. Disputes and Mediation

ST24 provides a dispute resolution mechanism for order-related conflicts:

  • First, attempt to resolve the issue directly with the other party through the Platform chat.
  • If unresolved within 48 hours, submit a dispute through the "Support" section, attaching evidence (photos, messages, documents).
  • ST24 will review the dispute within 5 business days and issue a non-binding recommendation.
  • ST24 is not an arbitrator and bears no financial liability for the outcome of disputes between Users.

10. Violations and Consequences

Violations of these Rules are handled progressively:

  • Warning — for first-time minor violations;
  • Temporary restriction — limited access for 7–30 days for repeated or moderate violations;
  • Permanent suspension — for serious violations (fraud, fake reviews, circumvention, safety breaches).

Suspended accounts may appeal within 14 days by contacting [email protected] with supporting documentation. ST24's decision is final.
